Shipping is FREE on all orders to the contiguous United States*. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. Overnight shipping via USPS Express Mail is available for an additional charge. Please keep in mind that not all locations are guaranteed next day. International shipping is available for an additional $15US, and is done via Global Priority Mail.
Order turn around time is typically 48 (business) hours, and may be longer during the Holiday** season.
*AK, HI, Canada, and international shipments are not included in FREE SHIPPING offer.
**Holiday Season typically begins October 1, and runs through December 31st.
Merchandise must be returned within 90 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original packaging.
All damage and/or shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call to report damages.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles after return has been received.
